Can I block "load-sharing" IP-addresses, that point to multiple domain-name-containg-web-addresses, without causing problems ?

I have Little Snitch, on my Mac, and it is indicating, that there are certain IP-addresses, that point to multiple domain-name-containing sites .

I'm assuming that these IP-addresses, are tied to so-called "load-sharing" equipment, possibly used for marketing-analysis .

Little Snitch is capable of blocking these addresses, should I specify them, but I don't know if I should .
